We recommend booking early, especially during peak construction seasons, but we can accommodate last-minute requests when possible. Check real time availability or contact us.
You can drop it off to us or we can pick it up from you. All equipment must be returned in the same condition, with a full tank and cleaned of debris.
No, Fuel is not included in the rental rate. But to make it easy for you, All equipments are provided with a full tank and should be returned full.
Our standard operating hours are Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
After hours and weekend hire can be available upon request, but extra charges may apply. All fees will be discussed upfront.
Contact us immediately for support. We will arrange for repairs or a replacement to minimize downtime.
Equipment is checked before dispatch but to make sure please check equipment before use and report any damages, please take a photo with a time stamp and give us a call.
Customers are responsible for any damages, loss, or theft during the hire period. Repairs will be charged accordingly.

Because we offer custom project solutions our rental rates can vary depending on the project needs, equipment type, and rental duration. All prices will be provided on application basis.
Fair & Competitive Delivery Pricing
To provide a fair and competitive machine hire delivery pricing model, we have structured pricing based on distance from our Moreton Bay base:
📍 0 – 25 km: Free Delivery
📍 26 – 50 km: $90.00
📍 51 – 75 km: $130.00
📍 76 – 100 km: $170.00
📍 101 – 125 km: $210.00
This model ensures that local clients benefit from free delivery while allowing us to maintain cost-effective operations for longer-distance jobs. Additional charges may apply for special requests such as after-hours or weekend deliveries.

Full payment is required before hire commencement unless you have an approved account. Invoices must be settled within 7 days for account holders.

Cancellations and refund.
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your equipment hire, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations are subject to the following terms:
More than 24 hours notice (100% refund)
Less than 24 hours notice (25% cancellation fee)
Same-day cancellation ( No refund )
Legal, Insurance, and Compliance.
Yes, customers must have insurance coverage, we offer insurance options if you don’t have your own.
Customers are responsible for obtaining permits, approvals, and site access requirements before hiring.
Only Qualified and competent operators should use the machinery. If required, we offer operated hire services.
